Batch Biscotti begins with traditional Italian recipes and wholesome natural ingredients to our Biscotti.

Our biscotti is baked twice in the historic tradition of Italian bakers.
For the first bake, we shape the dough into a "flattened log" shape.
The log is then sliced into individual cookies and baked again.
We love coming up with new flavors, so be sure to try our soft biscotti.
Our biscotti are a softer texture than the traditional hard biscotti.
We are proud to bring these tradition-inspired favorites from our home to yours.
